Blocked or damaged pipes that are underground/under building or in hard to reach places often mean that a team of tradies will need to dig up the area and replace the entire pipe. But no-trench pipe relining means that you can have your pipes repaired without any trenching or destruction.
First, we inspect your pipes with CCTV Pipe Inspection cameras. Next, we’ll clean your pipes using a high pressure water jetter/eel & or Picote drain machine, then insert a pipe reliner impregnated with silicate or epoxy resin into the damaged area of the pipe – creating a completely new and incredibly strong inner pipe. This pipe relining strategy can be either a short patch to reline a small section of broken pipe or an “inversion” liner, which is a seamless liner that can be run up to 30 metres in one piece.
We know that our pipe relining is strong and durable enough to last you for years! So we’re proud to offer a 20 year guarantee on all of our pipe relining workmanship. *Note: CCTV pipe inspection is required each anniversary to ensure warranty is maintained.*
The actual Brawoliner pipe relining product guarantee is 50 years, so we expect the liner to last the test of time.
We’ve partnered with BRAWOLINER, for all of our pipe relining: inversion and patching. We’ve chosen to work with BRAWOLINER because their no-dig rehabilitation is superior to other liners on the market. Brawoliner is designed specifically to repair damaged pipes for a wide range of diameters and materials. Brawoliner is sourced through APS- Watermark approved Australian supplier.
The first thing that we’ll do on-site is determine the exact location of the block or damage and its cause. This way we’ll know the scope of the project and how best to fix it. We do this using CCTV pipe inspection technology.
Secondly, we’ll water jet/Eel &/or Picote clean your pipes of any dirt and blockages. We use the latest technology in water jetting and will cut out roots that may be growing in your pipes.
Once your pipes are clean, we’ll insert a flexible silicate or epoxy resin-infused liner into the pipes using air, and then set using water temperature and flow. This relines the pipe to create a completely new, watertight and strong pipe within the old one.
We know that issues with underground and obstructed plumbing can be stressful, time-consuming and very costly. But our ‘never say no’ policy is one our biggest values, so we’re dedicated to helping you when you need it most within your time frames and budget as best we can.
Our techniques and technology mean that you’ll have minimum disruption to your property or business and reduced costs. *Note: some small access holes may be required to access pipes*.
Our sophisticated pipe relining technology means that we can work with drainage pipes as small as 50mm diameter to as large as 300mm diameter. The most common size is 100mm. We can safely reline materials such as PVC/DWV/SWV/HDPE (plastic), Earthenware(terracotta/clay), Concrete, Cast Iron, Fibro (asbestos) or Steel. We can even insert a liner in SQUARE piping if required!
Because of the materials used to reline pipes, not only is the end result incredibly strong, but during the pipe relining process, it’s flexible enough to adapt to 90 degree bends without reducing the integrity of the lining.
